As part of your Academic Summer Camp Switzerland experience you will participate on our world-class Be a Leader Programme. Whether you are a natural born leader or someone that prefers to support the team in the background we will develop your skill set to help you reach your Personal Best. We work together to discover and develop your communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills. We want you to be happy, confident and able to undertake tasks you never thought yourself capable of.  The cherry on the cake - you will receive  an accredited CPD qualification to show the world your achievements.

Be a Leader gives you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a safe, fun and academic environment. The 20-hour course is spread across the 2-week camp and you will cover vital skills required of a good team player or leader. You will engage in team projects that link to the afternoon trips and elective activities. You have the opportunity to apply the skills you learn in a safe and stimulating environment before putting them to the test in your group project. At the end the programme you will present your project for the rest of the camp to enjoy.

The accredited Be a leader perfectly supports our unique learning programme designed to students aged 12-14 and 15-17 . With the exciting trips and Elective activities it creates a colourful mixture that makes the summer perfect.

Our excursions will enable you to see the beautiful country that is Switzerland - you wil spend a whole day in Zurich, Bern, Gryuere, Geneva, or Neuchatel, visit a chocolate and cheese factory in gorgeus Gruyere or Swatch & Omega museum in Biel.  Enjoy kayaking, hikes and foraging in the spectacular Swiss mountains.
